Web design is interesting, Layout if fun, and logo design is fascinating.

But in spite of that, they're all challenging. I like challenges.

Phew…

It’s only three days, but it’s exhausting like hell.
My team manage to get to the final, but we lose in the first final match.
After that, we were like in ‘losing’ state, we feel like loser, but fortunately, we don’t act like losers.
We lost with a margin of 2.33, but the team that bested us lost to another finalist, so after we found out that we still got the chance to win the bout, we were so excited, and ideas started to pump out of our head again.

After a big tough fight, we manage to come back from the dead and won with the same margin of 2.33. After serious consideration, the committe decided to won the other team, cause they have better average score, 280 points (our average is 279!). It means we only lose for 1 points.

Man…

Nine sections of homeworks and I also have to do some projects. Thank God there are three days holiday incoming. If I don't do them then, I may go crazy with all the work I have to do.

How hard is it to wash your own socks?

For me, it's like climbing an iceberg. When I'm in school or something, I said to myself, "So I'll wash it after I come home", but did I wash it? Nope. Even when it gets really dirty and I have to wear my shoes without one. I swear I'm trying hard to do it. But there's always something better to do.

First CSS Site

I decided to make the school site the first CSS site I make (I've been using tables for a year). It's very exciting. I already have many ideas for the layout and contents, though I don't think I have the technical capabilities to make it real. I hope it looks good…

Four (Chicken) Feathers

I've just watched Four Feathers DVD the other day (my dad rent it), and I thought to myself, "It's not bad, but not good either." It has some quality, but not good enough to make you say 'wow'. Kinda like "Cold Mountain". The story's good, about friendship and courage. I think the point of the story is that the bravest people are the ones that keep moving on even though they're scared to death. That's the real courage.

Good storyline, too bad the movie doesn't live up the potential.

Retouching the site

It seems so unlikely, but my school does have a site. Mr. Antonius Heng, one of the IT teaching staffs created it and is in charge of managing it. But Mr. Heng didn't do it happily. I think the principal forced him to do it, and since Mr. Anton doesn't get a bonus pay from his work, the job doesn't reflect his actual skills.

Well, the site sucks (IMO), and since I'm always up to new projects and things that can get me busy, I offered my service to 'retouch' the site in my style. The word retouching may be misleading, as I plan to design a brand new site to replace the existing one. Anyway, Mr. Heng agreed to let meplay with the site :D. Looks like I've got myself a new project! It'll be great in my portfolio.
